Ford Credit Management staff members now have access to their credit reports and other credit-related services through their personal accounts on the company’s new online platform.

To sign up for online access, you’ll need your account number, which can be found on your first statement. You can register for FordPass via the MyFordBenefits website or app on your computer, mobile device, or tablet.
Once logged in, you can access the following features and services:
- Negotiate a payment plan
- Set up autopay
- Modify the expiration date (check out our instructional video)
- Review past due amounts and bank statements
- Calculate the payment amount due
- Check the lease expiration date
- Set up email and/or text message notifications

- For initial access to myfordperformance.com, use your SSN as your user ID.
- Your first PIN will be your full birthdate in MM/DD/YY format.
- Once you’ve logged into MyFordBenefits for the first time, you will be required to change your login and PIN.
- Use this ID and password to access your personnel dashboard and monitor your individual performance metrics.
- Follow the steps above to select “US Employees” or your desired division, and create an account by signing up.
