Before the launch of MyFordBenefits HR Online in 2021, Ford Motor Company’s human resources department lacked a unified approach. The intranet was created at the divisional or corporate level, leading to inconsistencies and overlapping content in terms of creation and improvement.
MyFordBenefits HR Online was first introduced in the North American market in January 1999. The European version was scheduled for rollout in Great Britain and Germany on December 1 of the same year.
Ford quickly benefited from the data collected by their American competitors, as the required groups didn’t meet until August. This helped make the rollout of MyFordBenefits HR Online a company-wide effort.
The goal of the project was to create an easy-to-use online tool that would give employees and managers remote access to HR information in MyFordBenefits. It allowed them to complete tasks and view their data online.
The final product was designed so that users could easily access information and handle tasks without needing training or effort.
MyFordBenefits HR Online Paystub
Ford Motor Company employees can access MyFordBenefits HR and W-2 forms through the company’s intranet site (www.at.ford.com) and its public website (www.ford.com). The Ford Employee Website is available 24/7, providing workers easy access to everything they need from the company.

To access Ford Payroll, employees should start at the Ford homepage. From there, navigate to the login page for direct access to payroll information.
- Locate the Ford Interior link at the page’s top and click it.
- As a further step, Ford invites American personnel to join the celebration.
- On the US Employees tab, under “Your Salary,” choose US Employees.
- When it comes to the Employee Hourly Location, choose US Employees – Your Salary.
- Under Hourly Employee on your payroll page, click the Pay / W-2 button.
At the final prompt, Ford staff may enter their login information to access payroll.
MyFordBenefits Payment Reminder
By logging into MyFord Paycheck, you can either download your paycheck for record-keeping or print it out. Payment confirmations are available three to five working days before your scheduled payday, so be sure to sign up early.
