Ford Motor Company’s MyFordBenefits offers a range of incentives for current and former employees, as well as their families, including health benefits, savings, and insurance options, such as the AXZ plans.
- Plan A is for active employees.
- Plan X is for Ford partners.
- Plan Z is for retired employees eligible to purchase a new vehicle.
The AXZ plans provide significant savings, allowing employees and eligible individuals to save thousands on a new Ford purchase.
Ford offers discounts on new vehicle purchases for employees and retirees of companies A and Z, as well as their immediate families. Eligible employees can receive up to four PINs annually. These PINs can be obtained by calling 1-800-348-7709 or ordering them online.
There are two options available: the Xplan, designed for close friends and family, and the SI plan, aimed at affiliated enterprises. Members of MyFordBenefits‘ Friends and Neighbors X plan can access their account at www.axzplan.com or call 1-800-348-7709 to generate up to four PINs per calendar year.
Additionally, through the Partner Plan X, employees can save on the purchase of Ford vehicles. Qualified partner companies can obtain two PINs annually by visiting www.fordpartner.com or calling 877-XPLAN-00 (975-2600).

To get started:
- Go to myplan.ford.com.
- Select a server and log in using your username and password.
- Complete any required forms and click the “Submit” button.
Once logged in, you can immediately access and use your account.
